  Alan was very unprofessional, he did our whole home plumbing and was not nice or very helpful. At first he was pleasant, a sort of grandfatherly figure, but as soon as the city made him redo his plumbing work because it didn’t pass inspection, his attitude changed real quick for the remainder of our build. His sons were very nice, but Alan was awful to work with. We’ve been in our home for two years and recently had to tear up our entire front yard to redo the sewer line they installed running from our house to the street. It has sewer bellies galore and a hard 90 degree angle that was sunken, even I, with no plumbing experience know you never do that!! We’ve had to spend thousands repairing the faulty workmanship. Alan also tried to hold our home on a lien and wouldn’t release it even after receiving payment for his work when we built our home. He was vindictive and rude and said some horrible things to me on the phone when I called to get it resolved. He told me I couldn’t hurt his business, he was untouchable, he didn’t care that he was making our life harder, he is vengeful. Eventually he had to release the lien when our lawyer got involved, but seriously don’t use them and save yourselves a lot of future and current heartache!!! You may not see issues at first but the issues will rear ptheir ugly heads eventually!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

  Heather, But finger pointing is in the wrong direction! Your excavator installed sewer lateral from residence to city service no You probably made a few wrong choices on your new home (internet buying) but hopefully we where not one of them! We did the best we the best we could with the information provided from you & your builder! We still love you MWP?

  Awsome! They were able to fix my problem the same day. Very polite and efficient. Took about 2 hrs total. They gave me a cost for the job before they came out, the cost didn't change. I called 3 plumbers before this guy and they were all a week out. I will use this company in the future when i need a water heater or anything else.
