  I had an emergency at my place of business right before a major holiday and I tried around the area for different plumbers. The owner, Mike, was the only one to answer right away and not insanely price gouge due to the holiday. He was able to have someone come out right away and the price was considerably fair for an emergency, right before a major holiday. The gentleman who came out was also very nice and professional. Thank you for your professionalism. I will definitely be going to you again, if needed.

  Mountain Plumbing caused damage to my downstairs neighbor’s place. They are now refusing to pay for their damage. Furthermore the work they did come with a 1 year warranty. They are refusing to honor their work. Just about all their work was done incorrectly and their prices literally doubled from quote. DO NOT USE MOUNTAIN PLUMBING! Their craftsmanship is very bad and they do not stand by their work. They will rip you off while performing horrible work.

  Mountain Plumbing is committed to doing everything we can to ensure our customers are satisfied with our work, and that we provide the highest quality service at a fair & reasonable cost. Pertaining to this review, we spoke with the neighbor about the damage, only to learn the damage was not a result of any work that Mountain Plumbing had done. On the cost issue, it is our policy that customers understand the work to be done, and our best estimated price, addressing any concerns in advance. In this case, there was an apparent communication breakdown related to the original work quote. We appreciate that the owner was upset with the final cost, but it ultimately was completely forgiven.
