Came to my home, looked at everything I wanted done. Told me he would be back the next day to get started. I haven't seen him since. Won't answer my phone calls or return my messages. A very strange situation. I don't understand. Evidently he has some problems. Perhaps it's time for him to retire. I definitely would not recommend him.
