  Their website was extremely easy to use for setting up my appointment. From that point forward, Marty was very responsive. Not only did I receive a confirmation email, but I also received a text from Marty. Marty was here on time as promised. I explained to him our current situation, and he assessed it for us. He provided me with three options. Once we chose our option, he immediately went to work. He was very thorough, very professional, and very neat and organized. He treated our situation as if it were his own. As promised, before he left, he had installed our brand new hot water heater and he did it economically, efficiently and on time! I would strongly recommend using Mortensen Custom Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs!

  Marty installed new water heaters and filtration system for me in the fall. One of the water heaters was not working and he came out to find the knob had been turned to pilot. He was very professional and prompt.
