  Claim they have 24 hour emergency service, told us they wouldn’t be out for over 2 days. Went to place of business to discuss warranty, employee was extremely rude and didn’t even attempt to help. I would give them a “zero” if I could. Prices are high as well. Would NOT recommend.

  I was over charged for services. I followed up with Morningside Plumbing and my inquiries were dismissed and an invoice for services not rendered was sent to collections under the wrong name. Absolutely appalling.

  Terrible terrible terrible customer service. When called about a line that they were suppose to have cleared out they tried charging me extra even though I’d just paid the well over a hundred dollars to get my drains unclogged. Two different ladies on the phone that I called were extremely rude and they refused to stand behind their work.

  Todd, I appreciate the feedback. I spoke with the office staff. I guess there is some miscommunication. There is a number of drains in each residence. Think of it as a tree, the trunk being the main and your floor drain line is a branch of the tree. We were called out for a main line issue. We cleared that out. The floor drain (branch) would be a additional charge. This is how it is with all drain cleaning companies. Different lines take different machines. Floor drain is a 2" line and the mainline is 4".
