  I am a contractor working on Shady Lane. My customer required a plumber to repair a toilet flange or replace the drain line. I suggested this Morgott Plumbing because they were in close proximity of my clients home. We were expecting the plumber on a Friday, they were a no show, and did not return either of our calls. This cost me a billable day and my client stayed home from work. I recommend looking for another plumber

  As a small business owner myself, I look to support small & local business's. However, the treatment I received as a customer from MF Plumbing was an experience I hope to prevent you from experiencing. The lack of respect I received has the potential of affecting all small business's. My review is of course a modern day form of tattle telling but as a small / family owned business owner, I have an obligation to inform prospective customers to look elsewhere. I reached out to MF Plumbing for toilet install with a drain line that had a rusted out and deteriorated mounting flange. I live (2) blocks away and its a new toilet install, and absolute dream job, easy peasy. This was on a Monday. I spoke to a lady, who was relatively helpful. At least, enough so, that I wasn't concerned about them being disinterested in doing my job. I was told that the plumber was busy until Thursday or Friday, Thursday was not available for me so we agreed on Friday. She gathered my wife and I's information and informed me I'd be contacted on Friday. Then we said goodbye. Well Friday rolled around and I took the day off and worked from home. I spent the morning waiting for a call, at Noon I called them. NO ANSWER. I waited and called an hour later, NO ANSWER, but this time I left a message, I received NO CALL BACK. I called again Saturday, still have not have received a call back. SO FROM MY PERSPECTIVE ITS REAL SIMPLE, WHAT IS THE WORSE THING YOU CAN DO AS AN EMPLOYEE OR CONTRACTOR "NO CALL NO SHOW" I would suggest trying these guys out, its possible you will have a better experience, I REALLY HOPE SO. But please put more then (1) line in the water, as MF Plumbing has demonstrated to me that they are NOT RELIABLE or PROFESSIONAL enough to simply call back and reschedule. This is lazy and disrespectful.

  This team of plumbers is highly experienced and well educated, they always perform the correct procedure. They stand behind their work and recommend what you should repair to avoid future problems. How many plumbers do that? 0.
