The place seems to have a good inventory, but for some reason, the staff at the counter don't want to sell stuff. For example - I went there needing a tub/shower. Two people who work there insisted that it would not fit in my vehicle. I had no particular reason to need argue, so I left, drove down to Lowe's, and bought what I need. It DID fit in my vehicle without any problem. I have encountered the same mindset with these guys before - I think I just won't bother with them in furure. I prefer buying from local companies, but it doesn't seem possible here.

Hello Ernie. I’m so sorry we weren’t able to provide you with the level of service that our customers are accustomed to. The tub/shower units that we sell have extra bracing around them to help protect them from damage that would have hindered it from fitting in your vehicle securely. I’m thankful you found one that would fit. I’m not sure what you mean by our mindset, but I can promise that we always strive to meet our customers needs when possible, and we are always appreciative of your business.
