  Not sure how everyone else experience went. Mine was really good. I have a home warranty through AHS. My faucet and garbage disposal were both leaking. The appointment was setup the following day. Troy came out and told me he had to order the parts and would be back in a few days once they're in. Got an email a few days later telling me they got the parts and scheduled another appointment for install. Total install time took less than hour. Overall time frame was about a week. I was skeptical at first due to the reviews but they were really good for me.

  Horrible, horrible, horrible. Honestly the worst company I have ever worked with. They were assigned to change my hot water tank by First American. I advise anyone to not use them. They charged over $900 on modifications that would cost most companies about $100. I read the negative reviews prior to having them come out and I thought, surely they can’t be that bad. They’re even worse than I could have imagined. Good luck trying to get them to answer the phone. Don’t believe me, try calling them. I promise they won’t answer. All I can say is do yourself a favor and find another company.

  Please look at the other reviews and do NOT use this company. We had them assigned through American Home Shield. It took over a week before they could come to look at our leaking toilet. They told me the water tank was cracked and so the whole thing needed to be replaced. Additionally, they said the toilet, which was installed almost 20 years ago with no problems since then, was not up to code, installed incorrectly/not level on the tile. Thus, our home warranty refused to pay for any of the cost of replacing the toilet and I would have to pay about $1100 directly to the company to replace the toilet. The plumbing company did not return my call when I left a message to talk to the technician about the claim. As the leak needed to be addressed urgently, I found another company who was available to come the next day and quoted me around $300 to replace the toilet and we bought one from Home Depot for about $200 (total cost way less than $1100). When the tech from the other company came out the next day, within a few minutes, he was able to tighten a portion of the flush mechanism to stop the leak, said there was no concern with how the toilet was installed and it did not need to be replaced. And they just charged me a call out fee, even though I had told them I would pay for the replacement. I have had no issues with leaks since the other company fixed the issue. I believe that More Than Plumbing was really just trying to cheat unsuspecting home owners.
