  Today, Saturday, my septic was backing up into the tub and shower along with the toilets bubbling. I called the after hour emergency number for Moore a Septic in St Augustine and spoke with Charles. He said he could be there in 30 minutes and he arrived within that timeframe. I was very impressed with his promptness. We discussed the problem and he explained exactly what he was going to do and said he would check everything to make sure my septic tank needed pumping before they pumped it out. We discussed the charges up front and they didn’t change when the job was complete. He called me upon completing the job and explained everything to me that had to be done and said that all water sources were turned on and everything was working great. Charles and Steve did an amazing job completing the job and being professional and informative. You saved me from a possible flooding in my house and I am extremely grateful. Thank you so much. I highly recommend Moore Septic for you septic tank needs. Debbie Custer.

  Heather at Moore’s Sand and Septic was able to schedule service for our home on the same day I called. Ben showed up, on time and was friendly, informative and got the job done! Heather & Ben made the process so easy. We wouldn’t hesitate to call Moore’s again. Highly recommend!

  Can't say enough about the amazing customer support I received today from Gilbert at Moore's Sand and Septic. Moore's was backed up with calls I could hear ringing in the background while being short staffed with people out with Covid. Gilbert was kind enough to listen to all the symptoms I was having with the septic system and guided me through self diagnosis of having a blockage from the house to the septic Gilbert also recommended a plumber if I needed one, but I was able to free the blockage with a little bit of determination. I definitely will be calling on the team at Moore's the next time I end up needing service with my septic system.
