  First time visiting! Needed a couple items couldn't find at large chain hardware store in town! Find them at a reasonable price! Waited out a huge downpour by browsing the rest of the store! Lot of nice stuff! Will definitely return! Friendly staff!

  I purchased a hot water heater from moores a few years ago. It was poor quality and had numerous issues with it. It was never dependable. Out or hot water frequently. It finally failed close to the end of my warranty. I called Rheem and they recommended a warranty replacement and instructed me to to go to place of purchase. I called Moores Lumber and Hardware and spoke to the manager and she said there was nothing they could do for me.She asked no questions and did not intend to help me. I called Rheem and they called the manager at Moores and didnt give her a choice but do her job. Moores did not have it in stockand had to order.The manager didnt care enouhh to call me back tell me it would be the following Monday before it would be there. I will be without hot water ror 6 days. I will pick up my warranty there and never again go in that place. In my opinion this is a sub standard buisness. Rheem did honor the warranty and it was replaced at another location.manager has a bad attitude and so does employees. Reply was false because Habersham hardware got my water heater replaced and was very helpful. Moores lumber and hardware i advise everyone to stay away. They were not truthful on their reply to my post.

  Hi Melvin, we understand your frustration however, Rheem warranty claims should all be handled through their company per their own policies and website.
