  Our furnace quit overnight and we called next morning. They were here within 3-4 hours and determined the circuit board was burnt out. Left and was able to find a replacement and installed. Great customer service and will definitely recommend!

  Stopped in at our cottage on a weekend and found that the furnace wasn't working. It was cold enough in the cottage, we cold see our breath. I contacted Montour Engel and their service provider, John, stopped out the same day I called and got the furnace up and running. John called later in the day to see if the furnace was still working. That type of service seems rare these days. Shortly after that incident, Montour Engel's staff installed a smart thermostat so we can remotely monitor the actions of the furnace. Great Service!

  We recently moved to the Shawano area and we needed a heating and cooling team to go over the furnace and do winter check. There strong rating on reviews sold them for us and they didn’t disappoint, great customer service. We had one small issue, called Jessica that morning and ten minutes later Derrick was at the door. Super Happy with the team, Derrick was fantastic.
