  This company was hired as the plumbing sub for a radical remodel of a 60s residence(new supply lines, removal of a portion of old cast iron drain from beneath slab with PVC substitution, etc). Aspects of the service was more than acceptable including the bid price. Substandard performance issues were as follows: 1) Installation of new tankless HWH was without the required service valves which I had provided and the workman walked away with. This discovery, because it was not proximate to the event, translated into buying a new set of valves and installing them at my own expense, i.e. business ethics grade=F., 2) The original colored commode, an important item in the remodel which can not be readily replaced, was damaged when re-installed, i.e. the plumber fractured the base. There was no recompense for this loss. 3) The plumbers are given a grade of D for deficiencies in aesthetic sensitivities, which is especially important in dealing with a residential concern. 4) This company does not maintain good lines of communication, an issue other Google reviewers mentioned. They, thus, receive an F- for contact availability. They are devoid of the simple courtesy of returning a phone call.

  Actually repaired 2 showers. Did a good job. Workers were respectful would rate as 5 .

  Very unreliable company. They make an appointment with you then they do not show up or call. They don't answer phones or emails. If you're looking for a good Plumber do not bother calling them.
