  Called Monte about a water leak coming from an outdoor faucet caused by our rambunctious puppy. The company promptly sent someone to the house to remedy the situation, while my husband and I were both at work. They notified me of my options and gave me their professional opinion but allowed me to decide the best course of action. The work was completed timely and there have been no further leaks and our puppy was excited for the visitors. Great work by great people.
