  My water heater was leaking around 8 pm . Called several plumbing companies. Montco-Rooter gave me the earliest appointment next morning. They even educated me about how to shut off the valve to the heater. They came right on time. Very pleasant and professional guy evaluated the situation and explained what had happened. Reviewed our options and I was already impressed by how knowledgable he was. I agreed to get the job started. Four hours later the new heater was installed, the place cleaned and everything explained to me. I signed up their annual membership for maintenance which seemed very reasonable. I will strongly recommend them to others.

  Our bathroom faucet was leaking from spigot. This spigot is less than year old. Called Michael to schedule service for first time using this company. Michael sent out Louis. Upon arrival Louis did not do anything to faucet and quickly determined the faucet could not be fixed. He gave me an extremely high quote, @$350 to take faucet apart. I called Michael while Louis was still here to explain situation. Michael did nothing to resolve and charged me $79 for service call. Next day I called another plumber and within minutes he determined the problem, simply taking off faucet tip since it was clogged from hard water. I called Michael back to informed him that another plumber quickly fixed my faucet in hopes that he would credit me back $79. Michael said he would let manager know and hung up, no apologies.

  Ephrem & this company are AMAZING. Our water heater started pouring out water at about 6pm at night. Montco-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Cleaning was at my house at 8am the next day. Installed a new water heater, and left. Unfortunately, with an old house we ran into a leak. Ephrem came to diagnose the leak and left to let us think about if we wanted to fix it or not. We decided we wanted to fix the leak and Ephrem came back and fixed the leak. He went above and beyond staying late to help and taking his time. I will 1000% use this company again.
