Kane Williams came out on a Sunday, day after Christmas.  He did an awesome job.  He got the pipes cleared and water running through them. Very thankful that he was able to come out and get everything fixed especially around the holidays.  I highly recommend him.

I called Kane crying last weekend because it had been a week with out a kitchen sink. I put in a different sink and the drains were farther apart and also the existing plumbing is a little weird. He was very responsive (was at my house within 10 min), was professional and didn’t mind me watching what he was doing in case I ever had to do it. I have a few more things I’d like to upgrade in the near future regarding plumbing and will definitely be calling him. Would recommend every time!

I call to have a leak on my water heater checked. I needed a new one.
We scheduled an install for two days later and they showed up on time. They completed the job and even checked a low pressure faucet while they were there.

Kane did a ton of work putting in our plumbing system for our garage conversion. There were a million road bumps along the way (not Kane's fault) but he stuck with us through the whole project that took about 10x longer than expected. He was very honest and helpful and even gave us some much needed advice on non- plumbing related aspects of our project. Of all the contractors we worked with, Kane is at the top.

I called Monster plumbing with an issue I've been trying to resolve for almost 2 weeks now. When I called, Cain answered and was very attentive he told me he would be out to check the problem today and within a couple of hours and that he was. Where do I begin...FANTASTIC experience with Kane and Monster Plumbing!! I have a weird situation at my rental where the gas line sticks out almost 4 - 5 inches from the wall. Therefore, the new stove sticks out super far from the wall and counter. It’s an eye sore. I called Kane that morning, and he came out that same afternoon and spotted the issue right away (and even gave me some cost-saving pointers). I have worked with many tradesmen in the past, so I can sniff out the good ones from those who want to rip you off whether they resolve the issue or not. With Kane, I could tell right away that he was more concerned about resolving the issue and doing things right. He could have made up all kinds of nonsense to try to scare me into paying for things I didn’t need. Instead, he saw that the solution was simple and resolved it in less than 10 minutes while only charging me his service fee, which even the service fee is very reasonable compared to some companies. Plus, he applies the service fee to your services if you get any work done.

I’m so glad I called him. He was the first to come out, and who knows what someone else may have conjured up. Thank you Kane and Monster Plumbing, we’ll definitely use you again and recommend you to others!!
