  My furnace stopped working on the coldest night in years, and I called their number after midnight because it was posted on the furnace when I bought the house (presumably they installed it). My call was returned before business hours, and they were able to come within a few hours to get me up and running. Another plus, they didn't charge me an exorbitant fee, when really they could have, because of the situation and the fact that it was an emergency. They are very professional and courteous and I will be using them again to perform scheduled maintenance. I highly recommend this company!

  Highly recommend Jim Monroe. I called for an estimate on new furnace and AC. They came to do it the next day and installed the day after that! Reasonable price and friendly service.

  Jim installed our first furnace/ac in our new home. Since then he has service/replaced twice and recently installed a heat pump system. Jim and his son in law provide prompt reliable service! Dick & Linda
