  Well. Do not understand the legitimacy of plumbers charging customers if customers are unavailable. Mondrick, seems unavailable a majority of the time. They seem apathetic to notifying customers of appearing or not. I waited four days. Took two days-off from work. They never showed. Never called. And that's their loss, as a $1,100 piping replacement, went to another business. Which actually showed-up on the very day & time, they said they would. Mondrick Plumbing, might be the most advertised. That does not mean they're any good.

  Mondrick plumbing responded promptly and installed a large seal and replaced the seal & toilet. This stopped the big leak in the basement. I thought I had another slow leak and Mondrick Plumbing came the next day. They are respectful & courteous and being female I like that. I trust Mondrick Plumbing to do a good job.

  Do not use this company they have sissy men working there and will not go in a crawlspace. We were going to hire them to install a new furance and air conditioner plus a tankless water heater. I guess there loss someone else gain.
