  I love this place!!! Ms. Tina is really awesome with the scheduling and payments. Mr. Mike is hands down the BEST PLUMBER EVER!!! He is teaching a young man named Chris. If he keeps listening to Mr. Mike and stays true to his current work ethics, he’s gonna be as good as Mr. Mike one day. All I know is when it comes to plumbing, I don’t want anyone else in my house. They shoot straight with you and leave the horse pucky at the barn. They are as honest as the day is long and actually care about their customers.

  What I thought was a simple leaky pipe turned out to be a faulty water heater that needed replacing. "Ouch!" I thought, but Mike and his crew provided me with a brand new Rheem high quality water heater for a very competitive and fair price. Their finesse and know-how in getting the thing installed in a very tight space was a feat to witness! Let me tell you, Monarch gets it done!

  Monarch came early. Both Mike and his apprentice were neat, clean, and polite...and did exactly what had been requested. The price was exactly what had been quoted, to the penny. Highly recommended.
