  Horrible horrible horrible how they left my Sisters bathroom and refuse to return her calls is insane. Like the bare wall is exposed and they can not even use the tub. $2000. Later and now... no one answers the phone nor do they call back..

  We called mid afternoon with a sudden blockage of two bathrooms. My first call to Modern based on a recommendation of another vendor. Very helpful and polite. They were here the next morning. It was a stubborn issue which Tom addresses in a little over two hours. . Total bill was $323. Thanks Tom and Modern. Little did I know that two weeks later, we had a toilet fail. Curtis and Tom were great to work with. Top quality installation. Neat and professional. Thanks again,
