  We recently wanted to add a half bath to our home. Modern Plumbing had done some work for us before so we gave them a call. Raun came over and gave us an estimate on installing a new toilet, pedestal sink and all the supplies and work needed to complete the job. Their estimate, and the ending bill, was on point and very reasonable. Casey came and did the work over two days, and we couldn’t be happier with the ending product. Whether you’re dealing with them face to face or over the phone, their employees are very courteous, helpful and pleasant to deal with. We would highly recommend Modern Plumbing for any plumbing job you need done, you can’t go wrong if you do!

  Modern Plumbing replaced our water heater. They also upgraded the system to meet current building codes and protect the new water heater from excessive water pressure and thermal expansion problems. They were very responsive and went above and beyond expectations to get our hot water back in service as soon as possible. Very knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. Will definitely use them again highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!

  I was surprised that i could get "same day service", first & foremost. The guy named, Max, had arrived on time, as stated by Amie, whom was very good at letting you know all the terms, from start to finish, of the entire job. Max was very attentive, and explained every detail of the job he performed. I found my new plumber and also so very close by as well. I am very pleased with the pricing as I felt it was very fair and expected. Yes, I am 100% recomending Modern Plumbing and Heating. Thank you so much.
