  We got completely screwed by this service and a person named Steve. Paid 3000 dollars (and have to pay more now to get it replaced again) for a entire new HVAC air conditioning system that failed after the first week. He sold us a completely wrong used damaged cooling coil that was leaking Freon and was making us sick, and did not work. Total install took 2/12 days because he did not know how to weld one simple connection of copper tubing. His unlicensed assistant John who Steve left behind alone started crying because his failure. Steve spent half the time on his phone arguing with other co-workers and customers Broken promises and no communication We Had another service look at his work and he said it was totally botched. Every repair man we talked to knew about Steve because he is leaving behind a trail of destruction Now we are stuck with a broken AC system and have to pursue legal action against the company for loss of money, property damage and health endangerment. Worst company I have ever seen or dealt with. Total incompetence! They should be arrested and have their operating license pulled. DO NOT use this company for anything. Complete hacks, very unprofessional and cheap quality. Don't be fooled by their lies. I have multiple witnesses to this horrible situation.

  DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!! It cost 3000 dollars for a water heater install for a mobile home. The husband wife duo is awful. Asked many times for a receipt. Never got a invoice or a price break down. Very slimy to work with. Charged 142 dollars just to pay over the phone. I repeat, DO NOT USE THEM!!! Read these reviews. The bad ones are telling the truth. When asked for a invoice I was told" I was charged a flat rate" a 50 gallon water heater is 500-700 dollars. I was charged almost $3000.00. How it is over 2 grand in labor? They took advantage of me and me being a woman who had no idea.

  From the first phone call to the end of the so-called "service" provided, Steve of Mobile Maintenance Inc. was an absolute nightmare to deal with. He breached the timeframe of the service contract by failing to call or show up until I requested order cancellation. When he did finally show up late, he didn't even have the supplies he needed to finish the job before calling several of his employees to arrange for parts to be acquired and delivered. The service he did finally provide was so sloppy and unprofessional that the AC system he installed failed within a week. He intentionally installed a used, dysfunctional unit that not only failed very quickly, but posed severe health risks to myself and my family by leaking toxic gases immensely. Not only that, he took my old AC system without permission, making it impossible to reverse the botched work. As if this wasn't bad enough, he damaged my house with careless welding and modification of skirting.
