  I called about replacing a bathroom sink spigot and left a detailed message with an answering service. I never got a call back. I knew it wasn’t a huge, major or urgent job but not to get a call back I went back to our Nextdoor app and found a wonderful man named Billy who answered his own phone and came out the next day! I should have started with the person so many “likes” on Nextdoor first! Thanks Billy we couldn’t be happier!

  Called three times to try and get service, was told someone would call me back each time but never received a call. Lady on the phone was nice though.
