  We are a commercial entity with six lavatories in our building. Two wash basins had fixtures that were outdated and worn out. We obtained new fixtures and Miracle's technicians handled the installation and minor repairs to the basins. Work was performed exactly as agreed. The job area was left in better condition than when they found it.

  The staff at miracle plumbing are a pleasure to work with. Their company epitomizes professionalism to the highest degree. However, this specific job did not fall within their scope of work and they referred me to someone else. I look forward to working with them in the future.

  Our furnace went out a few days before thanksgiving. We called asking for someone to help repair. He came and charged us $150 to do nothing and give us a replacement sales pitch. I looked at it for about 7 minutes, determined the old physical timer was bad. Spent $15 on eBay and no more than 3 minutes replacing it fixed it. They charged me $150 to do nothing when an actual fix was $15 in parts and 10 minutes at the furnace. They really push their new install business. I’d give them another try, but I’m very disappointed with this experience. We did have their guy quite a new one and he was great. The price was competitive and we considered it before I went to look for a fix.
