  I'm writing this about 20 minutes after the Minuteman guy came out for a leak we had. Really nice guy that asked about the plants my wife has out front....found out he's a plant guy. We had an issue with a burst pipe heading to our sprinkler system. The tech was very helpful and was able to show how we could stop the leak and turn water back on to our house. While he did charge for coming out the amount was pretty low for what I know is the going rate for coming out to a home in the NY / Long Island area. All in all I have no complaints, I was happy at his professionalism and I would recommend them to friends and neighbors.

  This company was outstanding, I had an emergency on the coldest night when our boiler went out. I called minute men and they sent someone out within a half hour then they were here next day to install new oil burner so I can have heat. Their employees Francisco and Ricardo were outstanding, knowledgeable and professional. I would and will recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you again Jerry for being there when I needed help.   I would recommend Minute Men Plumbing and Heating. They installed a new water heater. This company lives up to their reputation. When I called I spoke to Jerry one of the managers , within an hour he had a technician - Ken come to the house to access the situation. Ken was great , he explained everything that had to be done and how long it would take. Fact is they could have done the job same day - but it was getting late and I said the next morning would be ok. The night I had a question and called Minute Men it must have been after 9pm. Within 5 minutes Jerry called me back - what service. Needless to say I was very happy with the service that Minute Men provided. Jerry and Ken were great and the pricing was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Minute Men.
