  If you need your heat fixed…..don’t hesitate to call this company! We recently just moved into this house/quiet neighborhood. Not only did they drive in snow and ice to get to us but they were hands down the fastest company to ever respond. Before we were even off the phone with them they were at our door and I was just standing there like 🧍🏻‍♀️📱 ……………. My furnace had been making a loud noise the last few days and I respectfully ignored it hoping whatever issue it was having…..would just work itself out ya know 🤷🏻‍♀️……… in hindsight it’s clear there were alternative methods I should have pursued, but that’s not the point ☝🏼We woke up this morning to a very cold house. And fortunately for us there was a snow and ice storm that just passed through……..it was suspiciously perfect timing if you ask me. They diagnosed the issue right away. They were very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly and were very respectful. They drove back out in the snow and ice to get the parts needed to fix the issue. Not even an hour later and everything was fixed. They even cleaned their shoes off before coming into the house. And ladies/mothers………you know how important it is for us to keep a clean and tidy house ☝🏼 We highly recommend this company for any services you may need. You will not be disappointed. Their services, knowledge, response time and prices are unmatched.

  We had a problem with our heat coming on and the technician came out and changed out the thermostat which was the problem. If he would have stopped there we would have been good. We did request for oil tune up to be done. The oil tank was very old. When he went to do the tune up the valve on the tank causing us to have to replace the tank ($2500) after charging us $478 for thermosat and tune up, When we had another HVAC tchnician from Dixie Land Energy give us an estimate to replace the tank, he said they would have advised us of the possibility of this valve failing since it was an old valve and given us the decision at that time weather to do the tune up or not. If the valve failed then we would need to replace the tank. He also said it seemed ironic the tech realized the tank was leaking after failure of the valve. The thermostat was $45, Oil Tune up was $249, tech. labor another $45 and diagnostic fee $90...total $478. So this $478 bill caused us to have to replace our oil tank then and be without heat for 2 days...plus pay $478...I was hesitate to pay the $478 especially the extra $94 for the tech to work on the valve for nothing since we had to replace the entire tank. But I am going to pay it today. I am sure this company is good...I do feel like the technician was new since the owner came out to give us an estimate on the replacement and the technician asked the owner several questions.

  Brian and his team came out and inspected and located our plumbing issue in about 5 minutes. We had previously had a different plumber come out and say it was not a plumbing problem.. The Miller team was very professional, did great work, and also explained what they were doing, why they were doing it, and how it would make it better. Very much enjoyed my experience and they will be my plumber/hvac service from now on
