  Very happy. Jeff came to do a significant amount of work in our two bathrooms – involving lots of rust and several issues. He spent about 3 hours working hard and both bathrooms are 100% fixed and working great. The invoice was reasonable for his time and excellent work. Will definitely use again.

  Terrible customer service. $1600+ charged and my problem wasn't fixed. No offer to make it right. We didn't even receive a call back after our initial complaint.
