  Well, I wouldn't know how the service was because they never showed up. I was originally told they would be to my home between 8-12. I called at 1 when they hadn't shown and was told "oh, the driver had to go empty his truck." Thats fine, I get it. A call would have been nice though. So around 230 I called back because again still no show and was told "the driver will call when he is on his way but I will call him to find out where he is and call you right back." 30 mins later still no call. So I called back, asked them to remove my payment from their system and cancel the service. They were the first place I thought of when I had septic issues as my parents have used them on multiple occasions without issue. Definitely won't recommend them in the future.

  Mike Scott Plumbing replaced my drainfield today. Dana in the office keeps things organized well for proper communication. Woody & Ryan out in the field are great guys...tell it to you straight and are good to work with. A situation came up that needed the owner's input...he stepped up to the plate & hit a homerun. I have previously asked them to help on other projects (hybrid hot water heater, dishwasher & toilet installations etc...all good experiences. I recommend this company as a wonderful plumbing resource 🙂

  Had my septic pumped this morning , the two gentleman were extremely professional and gave me some tips on my septic and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this company there employees are extremely helpful and friendly. And get the job done ..
