  The guys at Mike's saved my life! These guys are knowledgeable and gave me options and advice that I couldn't get anywhere else. I was desperate as a pipe for my hot water system had rotted out and broke. They helped me come up with a solution. Loaned me a pipe die to thread the old pipe I had cut at the wall and gave advice on replacing my heating element. Daniel and another guy I think Milton were especially helpful. There are other good places like Consolidated Plumbing but these guys go the extra mile if you need the kind of help like I needed as a non plumber trying to save big bucks on big emergency plumbing job. If you're a Pro maybe you don't need these guys but for me thank the Lord they were there!

  I’ve been here before and came back to purchase another Steam valve. This time they charged $20 when just a few weeks before it was $13!! Everywhere else its between $10-$13. I questioned it and knew he was lying. I should have walked out and gone to Home Depot. My neighbor needed the same steam valve and mentioned Mike’s, but I told him to go to Home Depot. At Home Depot the price is what it is, they cannot just make up a price because they feel like it. So they lost 2 customers. Hope the $7 was worth it!!

  I had a problem with a radiator and brought it in. Milton and staff are great, not only did they take apart my radiator and give me sage advice, I wasn't charged a dime. Further, after bringing the radiator home and connecting it, I over did it and cracked my radiator. Augh! I called back, got further assistance on what do next as well as personal cell phone to follow up after attempting to fix. These guys are pros, they don't make people like this anymore, I can't believe I just stumbled upon this company. The best.
