Mike's is fantastic. In a world where good contractors are hard to find, and even the good ones are having trouble hiring good help, Mike's has managed to keep a high standard of service. What has impressed me the most is not that I've never had an issue, because I have, but that they have always worked with me to fix the issues and made sure I was happy when it was all done, even when those problems were expensive for them to fix. I'd recommend Mike's to anyone and everyone.

Had the main water line to my house break, had my wife call to get a quote. Dispatch said they would have a service crew come out, no show and no call back. My wife called back, dispatcher said they did call when in fact they did not. Dispatch said they would call the service crew a second time.... Still no show and no call back. I will not call them back or be recommending them to anyone. This is an emergency situation, I even had it dug out for them just so they could repair it. I guess they wanted to dig to charge more, don't know don't care, moving on, just thought everyone should know the people they are. UPDATE... I do the dig and bury they just lay the pipe, $1290.00, your out of your minds, no way

a few days ago i had mikes come look at my hot water tank for a replacement estimate. i was charged 69 dollars and the tech didnt even bother try to turn the water off at my leaking tank. they didnt get back to me with the estimate so i had to call them back. initially i was told 12 to 15 hundred for a baby 29 gallon tank (small trailer house) which i thot was incredibly high but im 71 years old, ok. when i got the estimate it was 2900.00! that is the assessed value of my trailer house! i bought a tank at home depot for 379 dollars and it took about 2 hours to replace it. ive used mikes for decades but never will i again.
