  Our boiler wasn't seeming to work and we had Mike's team come out and tell us what the problem was. It turns out, we had an internal leak in our boiler and we had to have it replaced. Since it's a rental property, we decided to get two boilers and add separate lines to keep the two units heated on their own thermostat. They did an excellent job with communication and were extremely transparent throughout the entire process. Everyone that we met was very friendly. I couldn't be happier with how everything looks and operates. Mike's Custom Mechanical is honestly the only company that cared to come out quickly and it felt like they cared about my experience from start to finish. 100% recommend calling them first with any issues. I did shop the price I was given, because boilers aren't cheap, and got estimates from other companies...Mike's was by far the best one I received. It was nice knowing they gave me their best price up front. I'll be back! A huge thank you to the entire team. :)

  From the moment that we met with Jason Klein, my encounter with Mike's Custom Mechanical was really very professional. Every step in the process, from the initial discussion of purchase options, to the initial cleaning and maintenance of my boiler, to the installation of my new combination Boiler/Water heater unit, it was all top notch service. All the technician’s I worked with were knowledgeable and super friendly. They took their time checking my system and explained things to me so that I understood. I’m looking forward to being a long time customer, and I would strongly recommend this local company.

  My dead furnace was replaced by Derek and Tyler. They were exactly on time, neat, efficient, and successful in replacing my very awkwardly placed furnace (high-efficiency, horizontal, downdraft gas furnace). I know it was a challenge. Tyler was new and really worked hard and followed Derek's patient explanations. Neither man slacked for a minute. They were a great team. I'd recommend them for any HVAC or plumbing work. Thank you Derek and Tyler!!
