Last year a friend recommended Mike Ingrilli for an annoying problem we were having with an older upstairs toilet. His plumber did a great job for a good price and we were very pleased. Recently we had them over for an ongoing leak in the basement. It was a problem that was spotted and easily corrected within minutes; and although I was expecting at least a hefty service call bill, the invoice came in stating no cost for the help and the statement "We appreciate your service." You can't beat that.

Mike came over to look at a job, so I could get an estimate. I never received a call back from Mike or his assistants following our meeting. I reached out more than 5 times to get a call back in a span of several months. Every time his assistants said he would call me back that day and it never happened. Finally I called one last time. Was told he would finally get me a quote. Quote finally came in way overpriced just to get me to stop calling. I get that plumbers are busy and do not want to take smaller jobs on, but have the decency to say that instead of not answering and over quoting.

I sincerely apologize for how long it took to get this quote out. No excuses. I have included the detailed quote. This quote is very fair for a job done by a licensed, bonded and fully insured union plumbing contractor working under a City of Wauwatosa plumbing permit. Quote is below: Labor and materials to provide drain, vent and water piping to serve a vanity/sink installation in the lower level proposed bathroom (currently only a toilet). Quote to include: -Run a new full sized 3/4" cold water line from the laundry room, replacing the 1/2" cold line to the toilet (per code 2 fixtures - 3/4"). -Tie into the existing 3/4" hot line in the laundry room. Run a 1/2" hot line to serve the sink. -Install a JMI Pumps "Sink Tray" self contained pump system Model # PVL-WATERBOX-02. This unit would go on the floor behind the sink wall. As per discussion with the carpenter, this box and piping could be hidden with a bench or false wall with access. There would be no floor breaking at all. The waste would be pumped up and across the ceiling (along the beam) and drain into the plumbing stack in the laundry room. *NOTE: The electrician would provide a 110V outlet to serve the pump box. *NOTE: The box is as big as a milkcrate/5 gallon bucket. -The plumbing vent serving the sink box would run parallel with the drain and water piping along the beam. *NOTE: Owner to provide the bathroom sink and faucet. -We will set the sink and faucet upon finish. Total of Estimate is: $3,333.00 (12 hours of labor to complete this job)

I had plumbers from Mike Ingrilli visit my home on 2 occasions in the past year. The first was to discover the source of blockage in my basement toilet/shower (rocks deposited in the pipe from a waterproofing project). The second was to remove the rocks. Both times the plumbers were on time, professional, and performed their work with precision and efficiency. They also did a fantastic job cleaning up when they were finished. I will for sure hire them again for any plumbing issues at my home.
