Chuck came out because the water shut off valve by the toilet was stuck and I thought there might be a leak coming from the toilet. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I appreciate how he explained everything and made sure we were on the same page. Also, Brandi was really great about getting me scheduled in and giving me a heads up on the estimated time so I could get situated with work. Mike Graham's will definitely be my go-to the next time I need help.

Had them out to do spring inspection and operation of my HVAC system. Technician Tony Russell was outstanding. He was on time, friendly, thorough and answered any questions I had. I have been using Mike Graham Heating and Air for several years and they have always provided me with outstanding service.

Fantastic service! I had a hot water heater that needed to be replaced quickly. I called multiple plumbers and most of them told me they'd put me on a list and get back with me, which they never did. Mike Graham not only kept me up to date on when/if they could do the job but were quick to do it. Brandon did a great job and I will definitely use their services again when needed.
