  I called to get a new shower set Installed. The representative was punctual and professional on setting a day. On the other hand, the plumber dispatched was slow in completing the job. Constantly in and out the house, throwing cigarette butts everywhere in my driveway, and was quite often on his cellular device instead of getting the job done. The installation of the faucet wasn't even flush to the shower wall. I had to shimmy it up to fix the issue as there was a 1/4 inch gap. Not what you would expect from professionals. The job was done but not very well nor promptly. Knowing the Fausers from long ago I was hoping for the great workmanship that they've always been known for. I hope that they can find better employees that can represent and align with their long-standing pride and reputation.
