  Zach, Teddy and Terry did an amazing job from consultation to finish. They were all so informative and explain every process they were installing. I felt like I was talking to friends that cared about my situation vs just as a customer. Zach’s personality, attention to detail and a genuine care for me as person is why I chose your company.   No one wants to ever call anyone about their appliances failing, that in itself is a bad experience. Once we called Mighty the dispatch was knowledgeable, friendly and had us set up with an appointment the same day. They work around your schedule and your needs, especially if it’s an emergency. Once Roy (Tech/Plumber) got here, he was very professional and friendly. He got down to work and inspected our needs / root of our problems. Our last water heater was installed badly and that’s the reason it failed. We ended up getting a free quote and by the next day we were already getting our heater installed and up to code. Roy, Jordan, and Cesar were extremely helpful with any questions we had, they went out of their way to make sure we were happy/satisfied with not only the quality of the work but with the payment options they have. All in all they take care of you like family and wouldn’t hesitate to call Mighty Plumbing and Heating for any of our needs.

  My water heater went out last week. In searching for a place to help I saw how highly rated Mighty seemed to be. After realizing it couldn't be fixed, decided to get a replacement. Ezekiel, Oliver, and Kevin, who were all out for the install were amazing. I appreciated their friendliness and professionalism to help get hot water back to my house. The process of install looked seamless. I will definitely be calling Mighty in the future and recommending them.
