  We have a very old water boiler heating system that they seemed knowledgeable about which is why we decided to use them. They "installed" covers on three different wall registers all of which fall right off if they are bumped. One of them they literally used duct tape to attempt to hold in place. They came out several times over the course of about 4 or 5 months but didn't send us a bill until the very end and it was way higher than we expected. We asked numerous times to see an itemized statement which we did finally receive but should not have had to get in touch with them numerous times to receive it. The tech was friendly but overall we will not use them again.

  We are so pleased with our experience with Midwestern Mechanical’s team. We had them come out to disconnect a kitchen sink for countertop install, install a new faucet and then hook everything back up. Both plumbing professionals we worked with called ahead, were early/on time, and were very knowledgeable and kind to work with. We will be using them for any needs going forward and recommending them to friends. The woman who answered the phone for scheduling was also very pleasant and helpful!
