Jason our technician today 2/18 was awesome. He called to let me know his arrival time and was right on time he said. Jason was very pelite and friendly. By talking with him I could really tell he was very trustworthy and honest. I will differently give midtown plumbing a call when I have another plumbing problem and will be asking for Jason to come out! Thanks Jason for taking care of our problem today.

Jason and Matt were very professional and knowledgeable. They replaced our hot water heater in a timely manner. A little pricey but we had trouble getting response from other plumbing companies so probably paid a premium for responsiveness

Not professional and a poorly run company; Jason their technician was not interested in making any repairs.  He only wanted to replace, which is clearly how they make their money.  Their prices are extremely overpriced for the work quoted, Jason tried to tell me that plumbing prices are higher in Raleigh than anywhere else in the country.

Lastly electronics disappeared after the technician left; not only do they rip you off price wise, but they also help themselves to your stuff on their way out.

I spoke to the supervisor to express my concerns and he couldn't even be bothered to turn his car radio down to hear me.

Hi Jeff! Thank you for scheduling your plumbing estimate with us 37 days ago on January 19, 2022.  Per your phone call on January 20th, we learned that you have seen our wonderful reviews, especially the reviews about our technician Jason. We are very grateful for him and the excellent service he provides to our customers. We also understand that you were displeased with the pricing provided to you from the following comments you made during the call:

-On your pricing, do you have standard pricing for certain jobs, or do you have kind of like a commission base where the technician that shows up can kind of charge what they want to charge?
-I'm a little bit concerned about the person that went there, like if that price was legit or not.  I'm not saying he's a bad person or anything.  That's not what I was trying to get at.  I was thinking he was paid on commission.  That's the feeling I got when he gave the pricing.
-You guys rip people off.  You look like you go by reviews, so I think that I should leave a review about my experience so that the rest of people in Raleigh are aware of the prices and all that before they contact you. It looks like you have Facebook and Google, so I’ll just go ahead and make a review of my experience so everybody else in the area knows. Ok?

Our customer service representative was extremely patient, polite, and answered all of your questions during your 7 minute and 45 second phone call to us.  She clarified that our technicians are paid hourly, and the pricing provided to you was the same that is provided to all of our customers. She also confirmed that Jason is an excellent employee, who our customers love. She even offered to have a supervisor call you to discuss further, which you accepted.

When you spoke with our supervisor via Bluetooth in his car (which of course prevents any radio to be played in the background), he also had a friendly conversation with you about our pricing and pay structure again. You failed to mention to either of our staff that “electronics disappeared” on the day of your appointment.  Your false accusation is preposterous and considered defamation of character.  You neglected to notify us, until now on a public platform 37 days later. We request that you remove your libel claim from this review to avoid further action.  We wish you the best of health and happiness in the future!

Midtown Plumbing has provided us excellent service over the last year in different houses.  Everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional.  They always showed up on time, communicated clearly and were very thorough.  Matt was our most recent technician and we had quite a bit of work for him to do after returning to our house after a 9 month renovation.   He was very knowledgeable and fixed all of our issues properly If we have any additional problems, I will not hesitate to call Midtown again.

I had a really positive experience with Midtown Plumbing.  It was easy to schedule an appointment and I really appreciated the text with the picture of my technician.  My technician Matt was also extremely knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through several options to fix my issue.  I will definitely be using them again in the future

Jason  excellent repair service he  explained things about what not to put in the garbage disposal. Took his time and was very personable and professional.  I will certainly  use this service again,  I highly recommend the midtown plumbing team!

Every step of my interactions with Midtown was a refreshing change of pace from my experience with any other trade company. It's super easy to schedule an appointment whether you call or use the website (if you call, someone actually picks up the phone!) Jason was assigned to repair our leaky faucet and shower head and took the time to explain everything to me, walked through our options and told us what to expect. He and the rest of the Midtown crew exemplified professionalism and doing business the right way from top to bottom. We'll be using Midtown for anything plumbing related from here on out and recommending all our friends do the same.

Jason came out to inspect a leak we had in our ceiling, helped us trouble shoot what could be going on, he explained everything clearly and gave us a solid plan going forward to fix our issue.
