  MIdstate is our HVAC service expert's for our 50+ year old home out in the Flint Hills. The original system supported a one story primary use home with full unfinished basement; second owners renovated complete house but did nothing to the HVAC in basement. Midstate is our service provider for both maintenance and especially expert, well thought out advice to upgrade the HVAX air supply/return system to make our whole house-finished basement included-a complete and stable system. Since HVAC return air upgrade our home heating is completely new-and all the cold spots' in our home have disappeared. We are exceptionally pleased with Midstate and their 'tin man'-Ron.

  Very happy with my first experience with Midstate. I called all around and they were the only ones who would even come out to look at my wood fired boiler. Ron did a great job with the service call and fixing the problem.
