Don't waste your time going to those big box stores if you have a plumbing problem. Everyone there is awesome from the ladies in the front to the guys in the parts dept. I was looking for a part for a toilet that turned out to be discontinued, as I turned to walk out the guys in the parts said wait and helped me find something that would work.

Stopped in Wednesday afternoon to purchase two chrome plated brass tee handle hose bibbs,sure enough they knew just what I was talking about.The gentleman brought over both selections,as usual they never let me down.

Maybe I came on bad day, man alive the folks that work here are straight up ORNERY and MEAN and have terrible attitudes.  I always try and support local business and stay away from box stores if possible.  Before I even got to ask a question I had to walk out, and wish I told them where they stick their bad attitudes.  They should probably only to sell to plumbers and people who are willing to deal with the BS because they are not fit for the general public.

I went here looking for parts to make a T fitting to attach to an outdoor heavy plastic water line. I had taken pictures of what I needed, but they weren't displaying correctly on my phone. I come here because the knowledge here is deep, and I have come here before and received excellent service. What I didn't expect today was all the BS I had to hear in order to finally get the service I needed from another employee, who looked at my picture and set me up with the parts that I needed, and he didn't give me the ones I didn't need AND he gave me instructions on how to attach everything. This is why I come here.
I come here instead of going to the big box store so I can get individual customer service. I don't come here to listen to obscure references to people and things I know nothing about. I will come here again when I need plumbing supplies, but I warn any woman: you may have to endure ridiculous BS before you get what you need. Just be prepared.

They Know Their Stuff!  Another plumbing supply place was stumped about the part I need for a rare faucet.  That place recommended Middletown Plumbing. As soon as I showed them a part, they knew what I needed, and provided some advice / tips. Helpful Experts!
