  The man who came to pump my septic today was absolutely amazing. He came out and got the job done. He went the extra mile and made sure everything was working properly. He would not even accept a tip. Thank you guys SOOOO much. I couldn't be more appreciative of your outstanding service.

  Horrrible they installed a hot water heater for me about 3 years ago told me it had a 5 year warranty it went out on me I called the company she was very rude to me and my wife and said it was a 1 year warranty so some one is not telling the truth I asked to speak to Bobby who is the one that put the hot water heater in she told me he was out of the office me wife had just spoke to her and she told her he was in his office sounds like they lie a lot and the one I spoke to was real short and Arrogant

  Beware! Always ask for them to certify your septic tank when they come to pump it out. This will help you avoid another charge if repairs need to be done in the near future. If they try to charge you more, do not let them. There are plenty of other companies that will do the pumping and certification at the same time for no additional fees. We had our septic tank pumped for $375 and it was backing up again one month later. We knew that we would probably need repairs but found out that we would need a permit first. In order to get a permit, you have to have your tank certified which most companies do when they come out and pump your tank. We called Middlebrooks to see about getting our certification to start the repair process and they told us that we would have to pay another pump fee of $375 for them to re-pump and certify it. When asked why they didn’t certify it the last time they came out, the lady abruptly replied, “Because you have to ask for it!” I’m not really sure how we were supposed to know that. We ended up calling another company and they were so much more helpful and honest with us. The Middlebrooks office staff are very unpleasant and unprofessional and this comes from someone who never posts bad reviews. Please try to avoid this company at all costs. Thanks for your time.
