  Had a leak in our water meter in the basement and the old shutoff valve would not work. Called and scheduled a service. The technician (James) arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and handled calling the water company to shut off the water. He replaced the old valves, installed a new water meter and added a bypass for a water filter that I requested. James was polite, efficient and left the area as clean as it was when he arrived. He did a beautiful job on the repair. Highly recommended!

  I called last week because we had a pipe leaking in our basement. They showed up the same day and fixed the leak. Good as new! Highly recommend

  We’ve been happy with their boiler cleaning service but last time we use them to replace certain parts for our boiler, the technician came unprepared and they charge us for the amount of time they did nothing with our boiler. Called the company to give them our feedback but the respond we got from the manager very unprofessional. Poor customer service.
