  I have used Mack's for many things in my house. Hvac repair, yes!!! Plumbing issues, yes!!! They have always shown up on time, act professional, give great service, and do the job right the first time! My favorite part is the way they tell you upfront what the price will be, and they stick to it. They do not give you a low price to get in the door just to jack it up later. Only bad part... You have to pay 95 just to find out what it costs. Saving grace to that. You usually pay to get what you need fixed done because of how great they are!!!

  Justin and the rest of the team at Mick's is OUTSTANDING! After thoroughly listening to my explanation of the symptoms we were seeing with our heat pump, Justin opened everything up and began looking for signs of trouble. I appreciate this approach as he is able to see the system's current standing as a whole, and not just individual components. He took the time to explain how everything works together to me, and answered every question I had about my system (something most others have answered with "it depends" or "I don't know"). He cleaned, repaired, inspected, and tested every piece of our heating system, getting it up and running again in just 2 hours. Everything looks better than the day we moved in, and it's running so much more efficiently now (you can actually feel a noticeable difference in the force and temperature of the air it's blowing). Best of all, they gave me an AMAZING deal on this labor! I can't thank them enough for keeping us warm this winter.

  Mick's has a great staff that is friendly and helpful. But, that is where it ends. We were charged $1900 to replace a 40 gallon hot water heater. We will NEVER use this plumbing service again. This company has done work for us a number of times before but we felt that this time we were taken advantage of. Shop local does not apply in this instance.
