  I have been a customer of Michigan Heating & Cooling of Petoskey for many years. The owner, Mark Grubaugh, is very knowledgeable and has treated us like family. He takes pride in his business's work and his pricing is fair and honest. When it counts, like your furnace goes dead in the middle of winter, you can count on Mark and his crew to get you up and running again promptly. Thanks Mark!

  August 2020. Hot and humid weather and the AC went out after 25 years. Needed a new condenser. MI Heating & Cooling of Petoskey came out the next day to assess when everyone else was a minimum two week wait. MI Heating & Cooling ordered the necessary part and installed it within 48 hours of my original call. Mark and his technician were just great from start to finish. On time, very professional and very reasonably priced. Doesn’t get better than that!
