  I called them on a Saturday afternoon after hearing my toilet gurgling while the laundry drained. I did a quick google search and saw their 5 star rating. They definitely lived up to that expectation. They were very communicative, friendly, and knowledgeable. They gave me an estimate of when they would be there and called before arriving. They identified themselves before coming in to my home and spent time explaining what the issue was. I would recommend them without hesitation.

  We highly recommend Michigan drain. We've used them a couple times now on different properties. This company communicates very well which is a big decision maker when hiring a company to do work for us. We had a main sewer line clog and they came out and attempted to get it unclogged the same day we called, which was unsuccessful because the drain was longer than expected. We ended up needing to have a clean out installed out by the road. They pulled the proper permit and had everything excavated, repaired, inspected and backfilled in a timely manner. Not only was their price reasonable but the owner Aaron and his employees were amazing. They were always on time and gave us a heads up call before arrival. If you're looking for great service, reasonable prices and good quality work Michigan Drain is the company to use.
