  Our condo in Carolina Beach was visited by Brian, a tech from Michael and Son on March 4, 2022. Brian arrived on time, was polite, took care to wear a mask, and wore booties so as not do track dirt into our space. He worked efficiently, answered all my questions, explained every detail of what he was doing, and was thoroughly professional in his approach. Brian gave me advice on how to best operate our HVAC heat pump unit as well explaining the annual heating and cooling service calls. When finished with his service call, Brian reported to me exactly what found regarding the condition of our air handler and condenser unit. In addition, I received an email documenting what was done and the condition of our system. Brian was so good, we would love to have him back to do each and every one of our service calls. He is a very likable young man and a real asset to Michael and Son.

  Ian was our service tech and he was fantastic. He was polite, professional and friendly and he did a fantastic job. He was clean and left the work area as clean as he found it. He installed a 220 outlet for a new hot tub and was thoughtful about how to run the wire to be most cost-effective and best for long-term functionality. We were very pleased. The inspector even commented on how clean a job he'd done. We will definitely use Michael and Son Services in the future.

  I called Michael & Son to complete some electrical & plumbing services for our home we are preparing to sell. Customer service was friendly & knowledgeable, and they were able to schedule an appointment quickly. Both technicians arrived within hours of each other, and they both were very professional. An issue did arise; however, Matt the company Manager called us and quickly resolved the issue. He went above and beyond to ensure that we were fully satisfied with their services. Clinton, our plumber, was indeed a Qualified Professional. He quickly assessed the issue I called about and was able to repair it in no time. We are very happy with all of the repairs that were completed. I will definitely refer Michael & Son for all of your electrical & plumbing needs. At last...we finally found a company in Michael & Son who treats us as a valuable customer rather than another paid project. Customer Service done right!
