  I've used Michael Shaver for a few yrs now. First time was installing new flappers on toilets. One of my toilets was loose, rocking. Michael fixed what needed fixing and wound up spending way more time here then he expected. He was very courteous and professional. Michael even cleaned my bathroom floor before he left. This second time, Michael came to install my new dishwasher. Again, very courteous and professional.He made sure it was level, functioning properly and didn't leak. The man even took some Pledge and cleaned my floor before putting new dishwasher in. I don't find him overly expensive as some have claimed. I lived in Illinois my whole life before moving down here. You want expensive, go get work done in IL and then tell me how expensive plumbing services are here. What was a few hundred with Michael, would have cost me a few thousand up north. And they would have left a mess to clean up. Not Michael though. Thank you, Michael Shaver for yor work ethics and services.

  Phillip came to pump our septic tank that’s been giving us some unknown issues. He was very knowledgeable about our system and gave us some tips to try to resolve our problem. He also gave us clear instructions about our next steps if our issues continue. We’re very thankful for him taking time to explain things and get us going in the right direction. This was our first experience with Micheal Shaver and I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

  Phillip did a great job at finding the leak quickly. He’s extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. This is the 2nd time I have used Micheal Shaver Plumbing and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their services.
