Very unprofessional! Asked if performed a specific repair. He told me he just got off of doing that particular repair. Asked for an estimate for that repair and was told he doesn't do estimates and hung up on me. Stay classy Michael.

Customer service is key to staying in business. Mr. Allen is a very rude man. I would not recommend him for any jobs!!!
