We were very impressed with the service we received! When I called, Tamara was very informative and helpful over the phone. The plumber was able to pinpoint our issue within 5 minutes! Thanks for the great service! We will be using your business for our bathroom remodels as well!

I used Meticulous Plumbing to clear a floor drain in my basement. I told them the problem when I called to schedule the appointment (which took 2 1/2 weeks to get). They did not tell me at this time that they have a flat rate of $383 to clean a drain. They waited until the plumber was on site to tell me this. At this point I am either in a bind, pay them to do the work, or send them away, pay their $80 dispatch fee, and wait another few weeks for another company to come out. I had them do the work. It took less than an hour. The plumber (Seth) was great. I was told after by Meticulous that their rates are competitive. If so, the whole plumbing industry is out of control and have normalized gouging.

We wanted to let you know that our goal is to always be as transparent as possible, and we will always share that we use a flat rate pricing system to anyone that asks about our rates. Because you had used our company before, and labeled as a previous client, we expected you would be familiar with our flat rate pricing system, as we have used this system since the start of the company. We do want to mention that due to the steady increases in our costs, there has recently been a raise in our rates, but we consider them to be competitive rates considering our clients are getting taken care of by professional licensed plumbers, like Seth. We do hope this information is helpful, and hope you’ll reconsider using Meticulous Plumbing moving forward.

Great experience! Seth fixed everything (clogged bathroom tub and sink) and was able to replace and install a new shower head since he had one with him. I highly recommend Meticulous Plumbing and will definitely use them again for any plumbing issues
