  They installed an ADA toilet for my 80 year old father. From start to finish they were amazing! We received a written estimate for the work and explaination of the work being done. They even hauled away the old toilet. Thanks for taking such good care of my dad!

  Marty came out and cleared our pipes for us. We had a big solid clog in the pipe in our basement but he took care of it and got the water flowing again! Marty is very friendly and kind. I greatly appreciate the hard work he did for us. Thank you again!

  Got a new water heater from Metcalf's. Waited until spring to get it installed because basements get cold. They came out, took measurements ( i wanted some old copper replaced also) and I got a quote the next day. Installation happened shortly after that because work schedule didnt match up. Once it got installed it was quite painless on me and my bank account. Even got an appology (because a second person was brought in to help assist the removal of the old water heater and placement of the new one) caused the quoted price to go up slighly. They explained the increase, it was reasonable and I was more than willing to pay for the work done.
