  I called Mesquite Plumbing for a leak in my kitchen sink in the area around the disposal. I have used Mesquite Plumbing in the past and have always been pleased with their service. An appointment was made for the following afternoon but had to be rescheduled, which was not a problem. They came the next morning at 8:00 am, on time as scheduled. They found the leak coming from the disposal which had loosened over time. They tightened it and did several checks to be sure the leak was fixed. I found the crew to be very professional and honest. As I was writing the check I made a major error in the written amount of the check. Billy was very quick to point out my error and advised me to void the check and write another for the correct amount.

  after the winter storm of Feb 2021, my cooper ice maker water line was damaged and the ice caused the cooper to expand so that a regular connector would not work. These guys found a spot where the size of the line was good and saved me a ton of $$$ and expenses. They were quick and attentive to what they were doing. Thanks!!

  I used mesquite plumbing to fix a broken water heater control valve. They replaced my entire water heater. Three months later, the valve stopped working. I asked them to come out and fix the issue. They stated they would not warranty their own work and wanted to charge me again for labor. Another time I had them come out they suggested my water heater needed a new gas control valve when it just needed the air intake cleaned. Given the mixture of apathy, incorrect diagnosis of the problem, and frank dismissal of any business responsibility to warranty their work, I’m moving on.
