This guy came out and removed a pump we had already paid for because we didn’t want him to do anymore work on the new well he was digging! He better be glad he knows my brother and he’s the one who owns the house or I would have had him arrested for entering the house without permission, for theft for removing the pump which legally belonged to us since it was already paid for and trespassing on the property! He left my elderly mother, pregnant sister and her 13 year old without water for a week until we could get a reputable company to come out!!! Do not trust these folks!!!

I called him around 1 today and told him the issue and he made time after his dinner to come and fix my well which didn't cost me and a arm and leg thank you for again for coming. That the first time! 2nd time I call them about a week ago and asked for my well to be look at with a plan and he put me on the back burner for a week now and still hasnt came or called back when he states he is. I called another company today and they arrive today and fixed the problem. I mean I only lived a few miles from his company and he still wouldn't come 🤦♀️

Merritt came out and replaced our pump and bleeder valve. We had a full flow of water for a few hours then nothing. When I called to let him know that we had no water he stated our casing collapsed and we needed a new well. We had paid $1000 for the pump to be replaced the previous day. We took him at his word, got the permit ($75) for the new well. 3 weeks went by with me continuing to call him with 2 return calls. He FINALLY showed up with his drilling rig, started to drill, hit a major tree root and quit for the day. Hurricane Irma was expected, so he removed his rig and stated he would be back right after the storm. After waiting for a week I called a different company, within 2 hours of their arrival I had water. The bleeder valve Merritt put in quit working. I would have ended up paying Merritt a total of $7,800 for something that wasn't necessary. My opinion is he isn't reliable or ethical. Don't do business with him.
